Why is my AC not blowing cold air?

Problem:

Chuck E., a Glendale homeowner, called us saying that his air conditioner unit was not cooling properly. So, we sent out two of our techs, Chris and Freddy, to diagnose the situation. It turns out the air conditioner was leaking refrigerant.

Solution:

Since the refrigerant was leaking from "shrader cores", Chris and Freddy replaced the cores and filled the AC with 1 lb. of R-22 refrigerant.

I've used Patrick Riley to service the heat pump on three of my properties and they will continue being my first call for all AC issues. When I called them last night at 5:33 with a service request, Chris was already calling me back at 6:13 with a complete diagnosis and cost for repair! (Didn't even think they'd be arriving that quick, let alone diagnosing it so fast!) Oliver and Freddy have both done tune-ups on a couple of my other properties, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations at a very reasonable cost. This is so much better than just hearing from a glorified salesman at one of the bigger companies telling me "your system is old, it's time for a new one, I can give you a deal for $XXXX if you buy it today.
