Amazing work by Louie and Aaron! They had to work through a lot of tricky complications and because of their knowledge, made everything work perfectly. Tech. Ernest called to give update of arrival time & was on time. He was quite informative of his work he completed. Always have had good rapport with Patric Riley company. This company installed my very efficient heat pump 2.5 years ago for me. Never a problem. This was our yearly maintenance tune-up/cleaning and no problems detected & covered totally by my initial warranty. I highly recommend them for your needs.

The electricians came out within two hours of my call for help with a dryer outlet. My tech Shaun was amazing! He was polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail of my project fix. He was thorough with his explanations and suggestions. He didn't have the part he needed but that didnt stop him. He went out and bought it then returned to fix it.

Shawn took care of my main concern the dead outlet. He checked another one on the same room . It had original wiring. He checked my security lights tanned imprinvef their working . He al cd o looked at my electrical service box and although updated several years ago recommended to have it evaluated and updated in the next five years. I also dicussed some concerns with wiring in the attic not as old as some of the house but probably needing updating too. I appreciated his work and suggestions and recommendations.

When their tech was here, he told me I had no refrigerant left in the unit and needed a new compressor( $4500)for a 5 year old heat pump. I had someone else come by for an estimate - all it needed was a new relay switch. Nothing was wrong with compressor and refrigerant level was fine.

I had a water leak outside, since the house is a 1974 upgraded mobile home and in excellent condition, I opted to do a total

Technician Ernest, performed preventive maintenance as scheduled on my approx 2-yr old AC unit. He was courteous and respectful of property. Informed me that the unit was functioning properly with no problems observed. Before departing, he tested thermostat controls to ensure settings were working properly for heating and cooling and asked if I had any questions. A detailed HVAC system report card was provided via email. Service was great!

Initial visit was for a plumbing inspection. We found that we had a leak under one of the bathroom sinks. Malan fixed it for us.
We also told him the story behind the loose tub spout. These shower fixture kits are not easily interchangeable. A prior contractor removed the chrome ring and single shower handle. We could not get it back in without a major gap between the fiberglass panel and the chrome escutcheon.
Milan gave us options. You can only do so much with fiberglass panels. Tile might be a better idea sine you can replace the tiles you need to.

We loved our team that assisted us. We have been going to Patrick Riley for a couple years now. First time around, it was to get a team to check in on our AC unit since our repair team left the state. Then the next time around, we needed to fix our water main because it was calcified shut and leaking water, and we needed to get a bidet installed. Kamil C. was sent out first to review the request and give an estimate for the work, then set up schedules and payment plans. He was a very nice man and was very helpful. The next group was Luis C. and Zachary B. Zachary helped us fix our water main by replacing the pipes and also installed the bidet. He was geeking out with us about the bidet and was very friendly as well as helped review the features. He also helped review our water meter to ensure that we had no leaks and see if we needed to get a landscaper out to fix irrigation. Luis installed our electrical so we could get the bidet in our bathroom, and he did it all without shutting off the power. He was in and out of here really quickly. Everything was seamless, and we really recommend anyone to go to Patrick Riley. Great people and the prices were what I expected for a job like this.

Our breaker would not reset for our laundry room and guest bedroom. I thought it was probably a faulty breaker and was tempted to replace it myself. Luckily, I called in the pros and found out we had some faulty wiring that needed repairing. Kyle did a great job diagnosing the issue and explaining the work that needed to be done. He worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. Great job! Will definitely use them again.

WARNING. Consider twice before doing air conditioning business with this company. My elderly mom has experienced in her 2 years with Patrick Riley,
1. Several repair visits for her A/C units that were either because of faulty equipment or because of the poor workmanship done during the initial installation.
2. Told her water heater was bad when the air handler unit next to it was the culprit for the noise she was hearing. Out of fear she allowed them to hurriedly talk her in to purchasing a new water heater.
3. Poor quality repair work shown in the attached pictures and still charging her $600 for it.
It's a shame if companies take advantage of the elderly. Especially those on fixed incomes. Not expecting the elderly to dispute them, what companies don't think of is that their children know how to leave reviews and file complaints with the BBB. So why not do the job right the first time, every time? Regardless of who the client is.
*Update: less than a week later, there was resolution to number 3 on the list. A new photo has been added. I'm pleased with the response from both customer service and the technician.

In 2020 we moved into our home, the house was 16 years old. We made the decision to replace all original appliances including plumbing and electrical hardware, switches outlets even the AC/furnace, and attic insulation. From the beginning we have been VIP with Patrick Riley, they are the best in all categories including repair. All appointments for repair and annual system checks were timely and problems (few in number!) were corrected quickly. Last evening, our water heater failed. We called late in the day, repair was started this morning, and by mid afternoon we had the water heater replaced. All warranties were honored. All is good and we are thankful for the thorough system check. The repair crew were polite, efficient and the work was completed in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the service, and highly recommend this company.

We had our air conditioning unit serviced today and we were super-pleased with our technician, David Shelton. We just had to give him a shout-out!! He was knowledgeable, respectful, funny. He was open and honest about what we needed and what we didn’t. He took time to sit (yup, actually sit!) and answer our questions and discuss our concerns. And he was super helpful in deciding our future steps with the unit. We appreciated his honesty! We will definitely request him next time!

Completed an electrical check with recommendations for corrections. Tech served as salesperson as well. Made a decision to proceed with lowest cost items without argument or attempts to convince me otherwise. Appreciated that. Repair technician arrived 2 hours later to complete same day recommendations I had accepted. Have not been as impressed with either HVAC or Plumbing divisions as I was today with the electrical technicians. I will more than likely proceed with the next level of recommendations from this electrical team. This is not the case for the other two divisions. I will probably look elsewhere.

Just had an HVAC checkup by Patrick Riley's technician David Shelton. The guy at PRiley that hired that young man knew what to look for in an employee. David was very courteous, knowledgeable and honest in my opinion. Inspection of my system was very thorough and every move by David was explained in length. I waited far into summer here in Arizona to have my AC checked out but David did not seem to care about that but instead only cared about my satisfaction and doing the best job possible. Thank you David and thank you Patrick Riley for sending the best.

We have had hit or miss experiences with Patrick Riley since purchasing our system 8 years ago, that is until we met Joshua Wildermuth during the install for my daughter's house. He came in and tidied up the mistakes made by the install team in a highly professional, customer centric, straightforward manner. Josh is the definition of the product knowledge, troubleshooting and customer service skills!
Fast forward 2 years....When our system encountered problems, and we had a house full of company, and I called in to the after hours dispatch to request service. The call was handled wth empathy and a listening ear. We were put on the calendar for the morning as the service department was definitely hopping with heat being at 115 that week. We were kept apprised and updated to expected time of technician arrival as they juggled and adjusted to the repair flow. We were updated, much to our happiness that the technician who would be handling our call was non other than Josh! Josh had been recently moved over to handle calls for this part of the business. Whatever they are paying him IT'S NOT ENOUGH..... he had us up and cooling and explained exactly what the issue is. I'm not sure how you can clone him but you need too.... Josh has definitely salvaged (along with the young lady who took the call for our issue) our relationship with Patrick Riley. Can't express how much we appreciate the level of professionalism this young man displayed on one of the hottest days of the year on a Friday afternoon! 10 Stars on a 5 star scale!

Ernest Gutierrez did an excellent job in getting my A C units running and in top shape. We had a problem with one unit shutting off due to plugged drain. We used Patrick Riley‘s air conditioning service the day before July 4. Our service technician Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. Christian and his team did an amazing job on the installation of our brand new York AC unit. We were the winners for the month of June for the unchill bills contest that we heard about from 98KUPD. They showed up and were professional from start to finish making sure to cover the carpet and stairs with mats and drop cloths to insure the floor would be clean when they left. They removed the old unit and used some dirt from my yard after asking so they could raise the level of the ground to make sure the new pad wouldn’t break when they installed the condenser. After taking care of the outside unit they went up to the attic and started the removal of the old Carrier unit which they made quick work of. Out with the old in with the new and a few hours later they were charging the system making sure the correct weight of refrigerant went in and that all the pressures were good to go. After they finished and started testing the system we checked and found one of our rooms wasn’t getting any airflow but all the rest were good. They climbed back in the attic and installed a scoop because there was a dead zone in the plenum not allowing air to flow, but that was corrected with the scoop and now everything flows better than it ever has. We are a veteran family and have worked so hard for everything we have, it was nice of Patrick Riley Services to help make our home more comfortable to live in. To Zachary, Marco, Christian and his team and everyone at Patrick Riley we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this wonderful experience.

About two years ago, I called the company because my AC was blowing warm air after I replaced a $15 capacitor.
The technician came, turned the AC on, and it started blowing cold air right away. He told me the call would cost $80 and then started to leave. I said: "Okay, does my AC need any maintenance?" He connected his equipment and said that my AC was old, compressor was dying, that it needed more refrigerant. He said that would cost hundreds of dollars, but he didn't have the refrigerant with him. He told me that I should just buy two new units, which would cost about $20,000–$25,000. Then he left.
The AC still works. Since then, I've spent $15 on a five-year warranty capacitor and $4 on aluminum tape to reinsulate the ducts. Taping the ducts has drastically improved my experience.
I wouldn't have refused your services if you hadn't called me. Have a nice day.

I observed him carefully explaining the process of diagnostics. More importantly, I observed David explain the why of customer care. I heard him teach the tips & tricks to working efficiently. I heard him explain the “why” of each step in the process. I was fully floored when I heard David explained little lessons about how his trainee needed to be conscious of cleanliness in clients’ homes. No shade on trainee, just David being a great mentor.

I used Patrick Riley (PR) as the contractor for upgrading our homes 100 amp panel to a 200 amp panel to resolve overcrowding conditions we were advised of during our home purchase. We live in Flag, AZ., and many of the homes here have only 100 amp panels that are overcrowded.
All scheduling was completed easily and conveniently by Paige. She kept me well informed on the status of the utility marking, the permit process, and timeline. On the day of the change they arrived on time and went right to work. The coordination with the City of Flag inspector and APS (electric service rep) was great. All three worked well together and all did a great job of minimizing any delays. Our power was off at 0830 and back on by 5 pm that day after approval of the Flag building inspector. Overall they were a great company to work with. Despite being two hours away in Phoenix they were responsive. I would certainly recommend them for work. They will be back to install a whole house Generac generator since they are the areas only installers Generac uses. This company takes advantage of the elderly. They talked my mother into buying a new ac unit. Her old one was only 11 years old and had never had any issue. They then talked her into becoming a VIP member which include a annual plumbing inspection and hot water heat flush. This plumber came out and decided that her best course of action was to spend over $6000 replacing shut offs that had been replaced less than 4 years ago. Also included installing a "Flo tech". She had told them that she did not care about hard water but this is not a water softener so they felt good about including this in her "needed" repairs. She did not understand how much she was spending and what she was buying. This guy was hard to understand and even had her sign that the job was completed before it was. When I got there she was sitting in the living room saying she did not know why they were still there and did not know how much money she had spent. I made them stop and the tech that was there told me that they could take this Flo tech out. 3 days later the guy that had sold this stuff to my mom came and talked to me. He was very rude and mean and refused to do anything to help her. This job was never completed. They sent some pictures of thing they thought should be replaced but no pictures of the things that had been replaced recently that they decided should be replaced. I have pictures of the kitchen redo that she had done in 2021 showing the entire plumbing removed. They stopped responding to my emails and sold this account to a debt collector who then called my mom. Did not explain to her that she could dispute this charge so she put it on her credit card. Patrick Riley agreed to never contact my mom again but somehow they still got her to pay for a job that was never completed and was never needed!

The office staff was pleasant and helpful when I called for an appointment. Marco called a half hour ahead of time when he came for a free inspection of my plumbing. He was on time, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, explained trouble spots, and let me know what the most important issue was so I could plan finances accordingly. I was very pleased, and plan to use them for my plumbing needs.

My experience with Patrick Riley was rather excellent.
I received a coupon for an AC tune-up and inspection. The technician Zack D. performed the most thorough inspection I've had to date. Typically, I have my ACs inspected yearly and I'm convinced I'll use Patrick Riley from here on out.
It's important to note that the technician took the time to break down the issues so that an "average joe" could understand. As someone who is very process oriented, i was amazed to see the real time documentation of steps taken during the inspection.

Horrible experience. Technician damaged pvc drainage in attic, told us our coils were dirty but never opened panel like he said. Said need new ac units quoted 45,000. Was quoted $70 but when he finished the price was $140. I never received a receipt or invoice for anything the tech service. Got a second opinion and was informed nothing was wrong with the ACs. UPDATE: I was contacted by Brian and addressed my concerns and they did make good on the issues we had.

Just had my 18 year-old air-conditioning unit inspected by Gavin, and I can honestly say this is the best experience I had with a tech and a company in the HVAC industry. Gavin was extremely professional, very personable, and very transparent. He took a lot of time to explain to me what was wrong with my old unit and what he would recommend getting replaced, and would even show me why certain parts need to be replaced by showing me tangible evidence by walking me through my unit. It was easy to tell that he cared not only about his craft, but also about me as a consumer. I never thought once that he was taking advantage of me and trying to upsell me on certain things. Great experience and a great company, earned themselves my subscription to their services for sure!

Arron,was the technician that came out to the house this morning to get our AC running what we both thought would only be about an hour turned out to be about a two to three hour job because we had other things going on and he was outstanding he worked tirelessly to get our system up and running for us and I'd like to thank him so much.

knowledgeable, professional, no hard sell on items that were needed. I did sort of surprise him with the need to change RO water filters and he didn't have the right tool to remove the canisters, so we had to schedule another visit to do that. Seems that should have been flagged in their system and then the tech could come prepared knowing what was on the to do list. No big deal, but requires another visit, time, effort, etc. I'll remember to remind them of the filter change next time.

Excellent from start to finish. We had a big job with a cracked sewer pipe. Frank was excellent in identifying the problem. The guys who did the job were friendly and professional. They worked unbelievably hard. Excellent company all around

I have been with Patrick Riley's/Isleys for over 8 years now. And I could not be more pleased with their service, professional way of conducting themselves, and the quality of their Technicians. I would not consider using anyone else. A man named Aaron just left and he was fun, yet efficient and fully knowledgeable. I was proud to have him here. Thank you Patrick Riley for knowing how to find, hire, and keep the best crew I have seen, and so by extension I owe you for the excellent service you continually provide for me. Aaron did a great job! Found things that other companies missed. These things were effecting the performance of my unit. He was very pleasant and friendly. Told me several things I didn't know about the unit and how I should be maintaining it between visits. Showed me pictures and videos of the things that needed attention and explained why and how the fix would improve the performance of the unit. I appreciated all the information and advice. A great job overall 👏
