We had a new unit installed and our ducts cleaned. The employees were prompt, considerate and very nice, not to mention professional. They were considerate of me still working from home and they were sweet to my daughter and dog.

About two years ago, I called the company because my AC was blowing warm air after I replaced a $15 capacitor.

The technician came, turned the AC on, and it started blowing cold air right away. He told me the call would cost $80 and then started to leave. I said: "Okay, does my AC need any maintenance?" He connected his equipment and said that my AC was old, compressor was dying, that it needed more refrigerant. He said that would cost hundreds of dollars, but he didn't have the refrigerant with him. He told me that I should just buy two new units, which would cost about $20,000–$25,000. Then he left.

The AC still works. Since then, I've spent $15 on a five-year warranty capacitor and $4 on aluminum tape to reinsulate the ducts. Taping the ducts has drastically improved my experience.

I wouldn't have refused your services if you hadn't called me. Have a nice day.

Patrick Riley is always my 1st choice for diagnostics because they’re timely, professional, and considerate of my busy life.

My visit from tech, David Shelton, was exemplary of this companies client oriented culture. David happened to be training a new employee. I observed him carefully explaining the process of diagnostics. More importantly, I observed David explain the why of customer care. I heard him teach the tips & tricks to working efficiently. I heard him explain the “why” of each step in the process. I was fully floored when I heard David explained little lessons about how his trainee needed to be conscious of cleanliness in clients’ homes. No shade on trainee, just David being a great mentor.

As a shopper, I expect Patrick Riley to be my most expensive quote. When you share your research, they’ll come back with a better price. After that, it’s your job to choose the best fit for your needs.

Pride in quality work and respect for my home keep Patrick Riley at the top of my list.

I used Patrick Riley (PR) as the contractor for upgrading our homes 100 amp panel to a 200 amp panel to resolve overcrowding conditions we were advised of during our home purchase. We live in Flag, AZ., and many of the homes here have only 100 amp panels that are overcrowded.
All scheduling was completed easily and conveniently by Paige. She kept me well informed on the status of the utility marking, the permit process, and timeline. On the day of the change they arrived on time and went right to work. The coordination with the City of Flag inspector and APS (electric service rep) was great. All three worked well together and all did a great job of minimizing any delays. Our power was off at 0830 and back on by 5 pm that day after approval of the Flag building inspector. Overall they were a great company to work with. Despite being two hours away in Phoenix they were responsive. I would certainly recommend them for work. They will be back to install a whole house Generac generator since they are the areas only installers Generac uses. The photos show what was the 100 amp panel, the difference in sizes between 100 and 200 amp panels, and the electricians working in the intermittent snow ( yes, in May)

This company takes advantage of the elderly. They talked my mother into buying a new ac unit. Her old one was only 11 years old and had never had any issue. They then talked her into becoming a VIP member which include a annual plumbing inspection and hot water heat flush. This plumber came out and decided that her best course of action was to spend over $6000 replacing shut offs that had been replaced less than 4 years ago. Also included installing a "Flo tech". She had told them that she did not care about hard water but this is not a water softener so they felt good about including this in her "needed" repairs. She did not understand how much she was spending and what she was buying. This guy was hard to understand and even had her sign that the job was completed before it was. When I got there she was sitting in the living room saying she did not know why they were still there and did not know how much money she had spent. I made them stop and the tech that was there told me that they could take this Flo tech out. 3 days later the guy that had sold this stuff to my mom came and talked to me. He was very rude and mean and refused to do anything to help her. This job was never completed. They sent some pictures of thing they thought should be replaced but no pictures of the things that had been replaced recently that they decided should be replaced. I have pictures of the kitchen redo that she had done in 2021 showing the entire plumbing removed. They stopped responding to my emails and sold this account to a debt collector who then called my mom. Did not explain to her that she could dispute this charge so she put it on her credit card. Patrick Riley agreed to never contact my mom again but somehow they still got her to pay for a job that was never completed and was never needed!

The office staff was pleasant and helpful when I called for an appointment. Marco called a half hour ahead of time when he came for a free inspection of my plumbing. He was on time, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, explained trouble spots, and let me know what the most important issue was so I could plan finances accordingly. I was very pleased, and plan to use them for my plumbing needs.

My experience with Patrick Riley was rather excellent.
I received a coupon for an AC tune-up and inspection. The technician Zack D. performed the most thorough inspection I've had to date. Typically, I have my ACs inspected yearly and I'm convinced I'll use Patrick Riley from here on out.

It's important to note that the technician took the time to break down the issues so that an "average joe" could understand. As someone who is very process oriented, i was amazed to see the real time documentation of steps taken during the inspection.

Horrible experience. Technician damaged pvc drainage in attic, told us our coils were dirty but never opened panel like he said. Said need new ac units quoted 45,000. Was quoted $70 but when he finished the price was $140. I never received a receipt or invoice for anything the tech service. Got a second opinion and was informed nothing was wrong with the ACs. UPDATE: I was contacted by Brian and addressed my concerns and they did make good on the issues we had.

We purchased our a/c unit years ago and what impressed me the most is there timely follow up on the maintenance. We had the maintenance technician Zachary who was very personable. He is detail oriented and great customer service skills. My husband and I was very pleased with his service.

Just had my 18 year-old air-conditioning unit inspected by Gavin, and I can honestly say this is the best experience I had with a tech and a company in the HVAC industry. Gavin was extremely professional, very personable, and very transparent. He took a lot of time to explain to me what was wrong with my old unit and what he would recommend getting replaced, and would even show me why certain parts need to be replaced by showing me tangible evidence by walking me through my unit. It was easy to tell that he cared not only about his craft, but also about me as a consumer. I never thought once that he was taking advantage of me and trying to upsell me on certain things. Great experience and a great company, earned themselves my subscription to their services for sure!

Arron,was the technician that came out to the house this morning to get our AC running what we both thought would only be about an hour turned out to be about a two to three hour job because we had other things going on and he was outstanding he worked tirelessly to get our system up and running for us and I'd like to thank him so much.
If you need a company to look at your AC check with Patrick Riley they are great.

Tech was on time, friendly,
knowledgeable, professional, no hard sell on items that were needed. I did sort of surprise him with the need to change RO water filters and he didn't have the right tool to remove the canisters, so we had to schedule another visit to do that. Seems that should have been flagged in their system and then the tech could come prepared knowing what was on the to do list. No big deal, but requires another visit, time, effort, etc. I'll remember to remind them of the filter change next time.

I have been with Patrick Riley's/Isleys for over 8 years now. And I could not be more pleased with their service, professional way of conducting themselves, and the quality of their Technicians. I would not consider using anyone else. A man named Aaron just left and he was fun, yet efficient and fully knowledgeable. I was proud to have him here. Thank you Patrick Riley for knowing how to find, hire, and keep the best crew I have seen, and so by extension I owe you for the excellent service you continually provide for me. Aaron did a great job! Found things that other companies missed. These things were effecting the performance of my unit. He was very pleasant and friendly. Told me several things I didn't know about the unit and how I should be maintaining it between visits. Showed me pictures and videos of the things that needed attention and explained why and how the fix would improve the performance of the unit. I appreciated all the information and advice. A great job overall 👏
