Our technician, Matt, arrived at Walter's home on time. He explained what the maintenance process would consist of and answered all of Walter's questions. Before getting to work, Matt put on work booties and laid down protective mats. Once he completed the tune-up, Matt explained his findings and gave his professional recommendations for AC system improvements along with quotes, then cleaned up his workspace. When Matt arrived, he was very polite and professional. He explained why he was there and asked if we had any questions that he could answer for us. We asked about thermostat options, and he showed us what he had on the truck and explained some options. My wife, Marsha, and I discussed it and decided we could not afford it at this time, saying "that if it ain't broken, don't fix it." Matt performed a full A/C system inspection and explained what he found, and showed us pictures. He discussed options with us and gave us the costs associated with those options, which were very reasonable considering the alternatives. Matt was very polite during his entire visit. While in the house, he wore the little booties even after we said he did not have to, and to that, he said: "It's part of my job, gotta do it."
